1 where 你看横线后面people are really friendly（人们真的很友好）的句子成分,不缺少成分,那么就状语.where,用在地点状语.
2 that 横线后 has a long history“（什么东西）有很久的历史 ”少主语.
3 where it's warm in winter and cool in summer.不缺少成分.
4 that is near the ocean 在is前面缺少主语.
