In addition, a timely communication with the employees can make them recognize their progress and insufficiency and then correct it to improve work efficiency. According to appraisal result, we can know contribution degree of each employee and determine what reward and prize should be given. If employees' pay can get corresponding return, employees will be efficiently motivated to move on, and a virtuous circle will be formed, that is: the needs of employees --- stimulate measures --- performance target. Under the function of this virtuous circle, the core competence of the corporation will be constantly strengthened.
