My favourite food is a beancurd(Tofu).Practice a varity of beancurd.I can make its of in sauce,dry fry,fied and so on.But i favourite is a spicy beancurd.I thind the spicy beancurd representative is a Mapo beancurd.I'm very like it.It‘s a spicy and salty food.
Beanvurd food is a health food.it's contains Ferrum,Calcium,Phosphorus,Magnesium,etc.And have more Caccharides,Vegetable oil,abundant Protein and so on.It's a low fat food.Today.People seek health life and health diet.So people more and more love a beancurd.
