因为tanα=2,
所以sinα/cosα=2,
即sinα=2cosα,
又sin²α+cos²α=1,
所以sin²α=2/5,cos²α=1/5,sinαcosα=2cos²α=2/5
于是（sinα+cosα）cosα/（sinα-cosα）cosα+cos²α
=（sinαcosα+cos²α）/（sinαcosα-cos²α）+cos²α
=（2/5+1/5）/（2/5-1/5）+1/5
=3+1/5
=16/5

（sinα+cosα）/（sinα-cosα）+cos²α
=（tana+1）/（tana-1）+2cos2a-1
=（2+1）/（2-1）+2×（tan²a-1）/（tan²a+1）-1
=3+2×（2²-1）/（2²+1）-1
=3+2×3/5-1
=5分之16
