这是of的形容词性用法.结构为be of +名词/名词性代词/名词性短语.其起到某种形容词的作用.
it’s of no use的意思是没有用.
类似的还有be of no good,不好；be of no excitement,不激动.等等.

这个句子是that引导的宾语从句，只是把that省略掉了。
be of no use 就是be动词后跟介词短语of no use（无用的），这个介词短语是固定用法，举个例子：I am in school. 就是这样的句型。
