Jack's and Mary's lifestyles are different.Jack does exercise once a week,and he often feels tired to do exercise.He never drinks milk and he eats vegetables twice a week.But he loves eating junk food which he eats every day.And he never sleeps on time.However,Mary does exercise every day,and every morning she drinks milk.She eats vegetables every day and she seldom eats junk food,only once a week.She always sleeps on time.I think Mary's lifestyle is much healthier than Jack's.Doing exercise,eating healthy food and sleeping well are good for our health.I think I'll follw Mary's lifestyle in my life.
