The traditional teaching way of raising the sense of teamwork, is to keep repeatedly reinforced training on a specific skill. However, this kind of training leads to a disappointing result that making students lack awareness of cooperation among different departments. To meet the enterprises’ demands for teamwork and cooperation, we applied more contents about coordination to our old traditional teaching method. For example, one of the contents involves distributing different jobs for different groups of students to require them to complete the tasks by coordination.
