　　The most awful invention is nothing more thana so-called perpetual motion machine.According to the law of conservation ofenergy,there is no such a machine existing in the world.You see,energy neitherproduces nor disappears without foundation; it can only transfer from one formto another or shift from one object to another,and its general quantity is alwayskept changeless during transferring or shifting.Now,everybody knows that sucha machine can not do work without limit while not being supplied with energy froman external source.Unfortunately,there used to be many wishful thinkerswanted to invent perpetual motion machines; among them there is no lack of nominalcitizen scientists who wished that they should have broken the scientificsystem in existence,but more of them were those who wanted take advantage of itto cheat others of money.
