With the computer network rapid expansion and strong penetration,the Internet will like watching television as one of daily life ordinary content in the near future.Computer networks are changing the modern way of life and making more and more important effects to people's study, work and life and mental health which as a new type of information communication and interpersonal communication tools.The computer network of students' psychological health involving both positive and negative influence of two aspects in the current situation.Positive influence mainly displays in establishing constructive interpersonal relationship, emotional catharsis, to popularize mental health knowledge, provide mental health aid and improve normal mental health level and so on.On the other hand,On the other hand ,negative influence mainly make a bad effect such as some computer network caused by psychological barriers, emotional conflict and safety anxiety.
