to在这里就是一个介词.与provide没有关系. might provide 是their structures 的谓语

介词，不是连词。直接与后面的词发生关系既 to any architectural enrichment

那原句应该是 I approached to the chosen buildings as open as possible and to any architectural enrichment their structures might provide. 然后省略了前面的to和and？chosen buildings和architectural enrichment是并列的吗？
