对于第一个to here,语法上明文规定副词前不加介词,但使用中中人们往往加了to
第二个to be here这里是不定式短语作原因状语,如it is a honor for me to be here.
所以使用中两个是没有问题,但是考试的话,还是倾向第二个,不提倡prep+adv
Just personal opinion.
另外对于where are you?i am here.这句应该没什么问题吧
这个是谓语be动词加副词,be here.不是介词+副词
