因为belongs to只能作谓语动词,而这儿不需要谓语动词了（句子已经有了谓动 is loaded ）.
此处应该用现在分词作定语来修饰lorry,所以选A.

应该是The lorry in the street which belongs to me
而which加上动词就可以变为动词ing形式，
就如这题的belonging
