第一个 首先I think 是插入语,不影响句子解题,先去掉,这是it is that 的一个强调句型,如果选which, 虽然从语法角度看似乎没有问题,但是定语从句应当翻译成“...的”,你不可能说"这是让他丢掉工作的年轻人在面试当中的漫不经心的态度,"就说不通!这句话应该翻译成“正是年轻人在面试中漫不经心的态度使他丢掉了这份工作.”
第二题,如果你选that,把把everything当作先行词,那么定语从句就是这样的sth was possible to do,而possible 这个词不可以用人或物做主语,只能用it作形式主语!基本句型“it is possible to do sth."
