firstly,diploma does not speak for one's practical ability.besides the educatioal backgroud,postgraduates should also enhance their well-round /comperhensive abilities.secondly,as to the poor condition of the employment,it is not easy to get a job that meets ur need,so u should adjust urself to the changing environment.at the same time,dont noly facous on one or few certain feilds,broaden ur eyesight,or maybe move to another city to hunt for a dream job.then,one need some time and methods to adopt to the new environment.spend sometione exploring the new things and attention must be paid.what's more importantis to be flaxible and to have a happy mood.finnaly,God bless u.
