句中anyone应改为any one.
anyone 指任何人,后接单数动词.
any one 指某些人或物中的任何一个,后面常接of.
Has anyone called?
I didn't see anyone there.
You may take any one of these books.
Yon may tell any one of us.

语法其实没有错.
只是表述冗余,这个表达不好.
直接is too difficult for us to do就可以了.
没必要加anyone,你是想起个强调作用吧,但在英语中是没有这种表达的.

我觉得anyone后面最好不加OF,可以改成:The exercise is too difficult for all of us to do.

因为英语中没有这么用的，你这叫直译，说的不好点叫中国式英语.
正确表达：
It is too difficult for us to do the exercise.
或The exercise is too difficult for us to do.
