A的意思是他确实这样做了,如果是一问一答

B的意思是她这样做了,前面已经表示她（his sister）读过3遍,选B的话就前后重复了.
C的意思是他也一样,语义通顺.
D语法错了,其实加个so she did选项或者so did she会好很多,这道题太容易排除了
