when和that,which的区别

两句话都是the days为先行词的定语从句；
第一句里的the days 后面跟when/in which,是因为先行词在定语从句里做到是时间状语,所以只能用when代替,或者用in which; 补充全即为we worked together in the days;
第二句里的the days 后面用的which来引导,是因为在which引导的定语从句里,which做的是spent的宾语,即为we spent the days together;
所以在定语从句里,确定引导词,要看先行词在定语从句里的成分确定；
