Healthy Food
We live on food. What food we shoud have? Well, let's discuss it. In the past we were poor, and we could not afford much meat and sugar , so we had to have more vegetables and coarse food grains. But we were stronger then. Now, we are not so poor, we can afford more meat such as pork, beef, chiken, and so on, and more sugar as well. Most people in cities would have some meat every meal. And most girls and ladies always have sweet objects, such as candy, chocolates, etc. We shoul say that our life conditions are much better than that before. But the better the life conditions are, the more diseases we have. Do you know why? I'll tell you that eating is a science. We must try to keep the balance of the elements our body needs. Too much fats we have taken is the foundational cause. So I say we should have more healthy food, and do not have too much meat and sugar in order to have a better life longer.(197 words)
