as your doctor,i have to say the following to you.you've put on too much fat,which could be very dangerous if you don't stop eating too much junk food.and keep in mind these things :
first,no junk food,they are not only harmful,but also expensive.second,keep a balanced diet,as i have told you.third,drink more water.water is a good way to wash away the bad stuff.fourth,weigh yourself often.fifth,stay with thinner people.you may feel embarrassed at first,but carry on .and you will find it useful to keep your mouth shut.
