has lost强调的是主动,但题目的主语是My dictionary,不会有动作发生.is missing是强调状态"丢失了的".

正确答案应该是"C"
miss the dictionary应该属于一个短暂性的动作,不可能一直在丢失.
所以应该是"has lost",表示我的字典<已经>丢了,找不到了.
