you have a brokerage account with 1st Discount Brokerage(your broker).your broker has designated Ridge Clearing & Outsourcing Solutions ,inc.(Ridge Clearing)as its clearing agent to handle the record keeping,clearance,and settlement functions for their accounts.On the reverse side of this letter is a statement of information that your broker provided to us either to open your account or to effect a change to your account information.This statement of information is required by the securities and Exchange Commission Rule 17a-3 and was approved by a pricipal of your broker.
