1.是你的答案错了 .我下载的"ROY老师“的扫描版答案是D ,比较对象 不对应
而且 carbon dioxide 是不可数名词 （来自 iciba 的Colins ）

具体的过去时间（点）,用一般过去式
一般完成时：从过去持续到现在 或 发生在过去对现在造成影响（一般有上下文）
常跟 since,for + 时间段； in the past/last + 时间段 连用
（具体的找语法书吧）
