Background :

Purpose:
To explore p38mapk and cox-2 expression in depression and in high fat rat aorta , and to prove whether p38mapk and cox-2 for depression are inflammatory markers that are associated with atherosclerosis , and to provide a foundation for a further study of the morphological basis of comorbid depression and atherosclerosis.
