With the fast pace of social advance,time is more and more important ,many people are keen to run after wealth without considering others,some people even seek for money at the sacrifice of their own integrity,for example,some land agent will continue the construction at the evening though it has been against interrelated legislation.this action greatly influences the surrounding and really has a bad effect on the regular rest of their neighbors.
As we all know,noise and light are very harmful to our sleeping.If we sleep in such an environment,we will be very tired when we wake up and we will even make us insomnia.It will be very bad to our health.
when they construct at the evening,there will be huge noise and strong light to make us feel bad.
So it should be our right to have a quite neighborhood.If there are such a situation,we should learn to fight for our own benefits.We can negotiate with them or come to competent department for help.The most important is we should never compromise to it.
