Dear All,

before the official memo/announcement will be sent out by the company, I would like to send my personal words to you.

Some of you might already know or have heard, that I am leaving Belimo. Even it is certainly not easy to let go the past 11 years, all the wonderful colleagues and employees I had during this time and the change to work and cooperate with you, building up and growing together in the AP organisations, it is on the other hand for many reasons time for me to say good bye. It is a personal decision and I have tried to support AP and the Corporate, during the transition phase after Matthias left in June and Gary started in November, as much as I could.
Since AP and it's 4 LRD's have great leaders and employees, I do not have a single doubt, that you all will follow Belimo's mission and vision, do the very best to continue the growth and dedicate yourselves to the common goals.
I see my leaving after so many years as a natural phase-out, just like our products have been changed from the "Old Generation" to the "New Generation" – the phase-out of the old has led to new, successful products and solutions… therefore again:

Thank you very much for your trust, your cooperation and your friendship over the past decade. It has been my privilege and my pleasure working together with you.
