有several millions 有several thousands

一、多数数词没有复数形式,但是构成单位的数词可以转化为可数名词,这些数词包括：
teen 青少年 —— teens 十多岁
dozen 十二个—— dozens 数多个
score 二十 —— scores 数十个
hundred 百 —— hundreds 数百个,上百个,许许多
thousand 千 —— thousands 数千个,上千个,成千上万个
million 百万 —— millions 数百万个,上百万个,数不清的（人或事物）
二、以上数词,除了 teens 只能单独表示“十多岁的青少年”外,其他的都可以和解 of 一起表示“许多”这种不确定数的概念,如：
dozens of errands to run.许多要跑腿的差事
Scores of people attended the rally.有许多人参加了示威活动
hundreds of examples 许许多多例子
thousands of people 成千上万的人 / thousands of times 几千遍,千遍万遍; 千万倍,无数次
several millions of inhabitants 数百万居民
三、以上数词如果直接放在另一个可数名词前,属于形容词性,只能用单数形式,如：
several dozen exercise-books 几打练习本
some hundred people 数百人
ten thousand products 一万件产品
several million refugees 数百万人难民

Millions of/ Hundreds of就能表示许多的，无数的意思，不需要several了
但是如果说想要表述比如说二百万，那就是Two million，不加s
