2.4.Leukocytes preparation
Peripheral blood of fugu was diluted five fold with PBS and used to isolate peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL),
which were then subjected to Percoll (Amersham,USA) density gradient centrifugation at 400 3 g for 30 min.After
centrifugation,PBL were taken from the interface between 1.065 and 1.050 g/ml,washed three times with PBS and
resuspended in PBS containing 2 mM EDTA,0.5% BSA,and 0.01% sodium azide
