I think my father have good eating habits. my father always have three meals at regular time. my father seldom eat junk food because it's rich in salt, fat and sugar which is bad for my father health. My father have enough fruit and vegetables every day because they are good for my health. My father also drink milk every day because it can make my bone strong. My never eat too much at the meal which is bad for my father health.
