否定句：* 有be动词的句子,直接在be动词的后面加not 如：
she is not a teacher.
they were not watching tv.
* 没有be动词的句子,要用到助动词来完成否定 如
she doesn't like english.
they didn't want to watch tv.
疑问句：有be动词的句子,将be动词提前,其余照抄,用问号结尾 如：
is she a teacher?
were they watching tv?
没哟be动词的句子,要用到助动词来构成疑问语序,如：
does she want to be a teacher?
did they watch tv last night?
