With regard to the healthy,everybody knows about the healthy,but how many people who is really appreciated their own health.If you want to have a real health,you must follow the rules as below:1.You have sleep early and get up early; 2.You have to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables every day.; 3.You have to exercise every day.; 4.You have to drink lots of water instead of soda.; 5.Don't eat too much fat stuffs and oil and meats; 6.You must be happy and have a pleasure mood every day.I think you will be healthy,as long as you do it according to the above 6 points suggestions.
