因为对于从句来说，spend及物是动词，days不但是forget的对象，也是spend的对象。 而work是不及物动词，holidays是forget的对象，但是仅仅是说明work这个动作发生的时间，而不是work对象，所以后者只能是用when来修饰作时间状语。 最大的区别在于spend和work不同。

那不完整，完整的应该是he spent the days in Japan所以选c，作定语，修饰days,意为“呆在日本的那些天”
