Do you think that it is right to give your partner another chance if you find that the partner is having a secret ?这句话中有2个that,可不可以省略,为什么可以或为什么不可以省略,还有什么情况下that可以省略,什么时候不可以省略

你这两句应该是宾语从句吧
在上述宾语从句中 that无实意 所以可以省
1.定语从句中that作除了作宾语可省略,其他情况都不行
2.名词性从句中 表语从句与主语从句中不可省that
3.it's reported/said/believed/known/supposed/…+that 固定句式也不可省
4.在同位语从句中 that不可省

这个好像是宾语从句吧？
You(主） think（谓） that（代宾）it is right to give your partner another chance(宾从）.
You(主）find(谓）that(代宾) the partner is having a secret（宾从）.
由于两个that在句中都无实义，所以可以省略。
