你好,首先,2 肯定不对,前面is 后面复数,不成立的
1和3 语法上都是真确的,但是一般来说要用 3 比较地道
因为这里说“桌子上没有书” 只是泛指一个书的概念,而不是特定的某一本书,所以要用 3 的复数
如果是桌上没有特定的某本书,要说The book is not on the desk.
