1.不正确.
没有admit sb to do sth的用法,倒是有admit sb to/into sp/sth“允许某人进入某处/做某事”.
如：admit us to/into the classroom 允许我们进入教室；

还有一个类似的结构：admit sb/sth + (to be) + 名词/形容词,意思是“承认某人/某物是什么样的”
如：I admit him (to be) honest.我承认他很诚实.
2.如果非要用to do sth,根据句意,最好改成allowed us to go“允许我们离去”.
