How are you ? I think your life is trouble ,I will give you some advince, it is good for you health ,
Get up early ,about on 7:00 Eating breakfast on 7:30 , and then going to exercise on 8:00 to 9:30 and study on 10:00 to 11:30 ,have lunch on 12:00 you maybe felling tired ,you can take a break ,sleeping on 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm ,Then you can watching TV or playing untill have supper on 6:00 pm . you should reading some books after supper ,and go to bed on 9:00 pm. I hope it can help you !
