what is the reason for this?It is obvious that the limited transport capacity contributes largely to the problem.with the development of economy,more and more people have their own cars,which is another reason for the traffic problems.
Effective measures should be taken to solve the traffic jam.The existing solutions to traffic jam is widening the road.Widening the existing roads can solve traffic jam on some level.another cheap and good way is develpoping public transportation such as buses and subways,which are low-carbon transportation means .The effective combination of these solutions will enable the urban areas to possess a smooth traffic.
