主谓宾的情况下省略who 但是在句子结构是主系表的时候（就是主+be动词+表语），通常是主语和系动词一起省略掉

额，一不小心说错了，你看上面我回答的是Parents (who are) in a harmonious family are sure to live happily and more healthily. 我在上面回答的时候就写了who are，are属于be动词，所以是主系表，后面回答错了，不好意思%>_<%
