都有相同意思,用哪个自己选,
对高三 to name but a few 应该不太难,是可以用的.
但是 “and so on,etc” 不对,因为 and so on 和 etc 放在一起是重复的.
例句：
Many classmates have helped put this together: John, Mary, Robert, Michael, to name but a few.
I need some help getting ready for dinner, setting the table, taking out the food, and so on.
There are many modes of transportation today, such as airplanes, trains, buses, private cars, etc.
