Dear Manager,
I am writing this letter to complain about the SQ200 mobile phone that I bought in No.1 Department Store a few days ago.After I bought the mobile phone home,I found I couldn't take photos with it.And what's worse,I couldn't use it to send or receive any short message,which brought me many troubles because I missed much important information form my friends.I would be grateful if you could take it back or exchange with a hight quality one for me as soon as possible.
