意思是：我不知道什么时候他将要来,我不能再等了,当他来的时候,你能告诉他给我打电话吗?
第一个他将要来,因为“我”不知道,所以用将来时,是宾语从句.第二个,当他来的时候,可以直接用一般现在时,就是他来了的意思,是条件状语从句,主句将来时,从句一般现在时.
