我觉得从next to的用法看没有问题,但是the side of the school表达就有点问题,中文的意思是行得通的,但是用英文表达就显得多余且奇怪.可以直接表达为It's next to the school.

感觉没有交代清楚的样子，如果是要说在学校边上，就直接说next to the school就好了
