4.您同意了我们更换材料,我们从新向STW订购Sealings.

We wonder that when and of whom you inform this matter.
We learnt that we signed the contract on June 22,2006 and sealings were produced as BMG disgned.Eearly in Nov last year.we have delivered the goods so it is impossible for us to cancel the contract.
After finnishing installing them ,leakage is found in the spot test by STB.We have informed you that you should change SS into AI.You agreed on changing materials and we have got to order sealings from STW.So u should reimburse all the charges.我想不用委婉的吧,你有理有据的,委婉了恐怕拿不回钱来．你说呢?
