一篇英语短文,找语病并修改
In my opinion,Job Satisfaction is the most important factor to consider when I want to get a job.If I cannot get satisfaction from the job,I will feel no warmth to do it,and not work very hard.But if I love this job,even the job can't well paid,I can still enjoy the job and get more fun from this job.Without it ,the work will be too hard to get efficiency.

真的是一篇相当中式的文章.你说他错了吧,他语法又没错.但是这个说起来真的是太纠结了,错误不多,1.i will feel no warmth to do it不恰当,可改为no passion;
2.even the job can't well paid应改为even i can't be paid不是工作付钱,而是我被支付薪水
3.可改可不改,without it最好改成without that
