1.前面主语里有"do",“be"动词后的表语用不定式,不定式的to省去.
2.表具体某一次的动作一般用不定式,表示习惯性动作一般用-ing形式.例如：
Little Tom loves to go to the park this afternoon.小汤姆今天下午想要到公园去.
Little Tom loves playing computer games.小汤姆喜爱电脑游戏.

这只是陈述一件事 不用ING形式 也可以说是中固定的搭配 be动词后面什么时候用ing 什么时候用to do形式 有时候还是要有动词决定
