首先(1)是一个定语从句修饰了主语,those who had a hobby,有特长的那些同学.
然后could have a holiday 是谓语宾语.时间状语后紧接着不定式表目的.
这里有一个结构,get things ready 把某事准备好,把(2)结构扣除去一目了然.
于是这里(2)是一个定语从句,
they had made the things as parts of their hobbies.
注意这里用的过去完成时,表明是更早之前,早已是属于他们特长一部分的那些事情.
for后面又跟了目的,为了什么.for sb to do sth
为了让他们的父母在次日下午观看.

我个人来分析一下（当然也不能确定对不对啊）：一个周五的早上老师告诉全班同学那些有兴趣带上他们自己感兴趣的东西与他们父母一起玩的请期待第二天下午。
