There are three reasons for why it is the best book I have read in my opinion.

for 和why 都表示原因,语义重复,属于修辞中的wordiness（累赘）,只能用其中的一个：

删去why,留下for作连词,引导原因状语从句,意思是“有三个原因,其理由是这本书是我读过的最好的书”.
删去for,why 作关系副词,引导定语从句,意思是“有这本书是我读过的最好的书的三个原因/理由”.

in my opinion 是插入语,最好前面加逗号,没有也说的过去.

看这么多回复居然都认可in my opinion....
这句话本身就是陈述自己的事实，in my opinion完全就是一个多余的东西，如同你在说： I love you in my opinion.
reason 后接条件的时候，后面接why 或者 that
There are three reasons that/why it is the best book...

in my opinion要提前吧 In my opinion，there are three reasons of why it is the best book I have read.
还有感觉用reason of好点

1、去掉for
2、in my opinion 的位置导致指意不明，my opinion既可以指three reasons,也可以指it is the best book I have read. 如果是前者的话，可以将in my opinion放到句首，并用逗号隔开；如果是后者，可以写作there are three reasons why I think it is the best book I have read.
