作为member的后置定语,应该是member这个人主动发出的动作,to attend就是不定式的主动形式,是正确的；而attended是过去分词表被动意义,故排除C；attending是现在分词,虽然表主动,但强调的是进行的意义,故排除B；having attended是现在分词的完成形式,强调完成的意义,错误.其实我们经常见到：He is the first student to come to the classroom.其实质和本题是相同的.
