We've received the samples and documentations from your company.After inspection,we found that the grade showed on certificate of origin is LO (with letter O) while the grade showed on the label of the sample is L0 (with number 0).The only difference there lies in the letter O vs.number zero.This mistake will affect our customs declaration.Please provide us with the correct certificate of origin ASAP.Thanks.
