先分析下选项：
A 中的hobby指的是 业余爱好,癖好,嗜好,消遣；喜爱的话题等,What's your hobby 就是问“你的爱好是什么”,一般回答是like doing sth.或者my hobby is .
B 中What would you like 指的是“你想要点什么”；“你喝什么”
1.答句是 like doing sth.指的是喜欢做某事 ,所以应该可以选A
2.答句是 will do sth.指的是将要做某事,选起来有点勉强,请问有没有其他选项?

What would you like改成What would you like to do 这两个什么区别

2 就可以选B了， what would you like to do 就是“你想要做什么”， to do 引导的不定式结构指的是想要做某事。
