若句子变成：
The car didn't come down.
又如何改呢?
是 Not down came the car
还是 Not down did the car come.
还有另外一个问题,觉得倒装句里的强调语势类好像不是什么都可以强调的吧?通常强调句子的哪些部分?

The car didn't come down.这个句子我认为不能倒装.
Down came the car.这句属于地点状语提前构成完全倒装,一般针对肯定句,且谓语一般都是单个动词构成.如:铃响了.不倒装可翻译为The bell is ringing.倒装则变成了There goes the bell.
